Standard Construction Specification

Door Material

Cabinet door fronts come in 4 thermofoil colors. All door backs are white. Made of 3/4" particle board.

End Panels

Cabinet sides are made from 5/8" particle board with polypropylene interior and exterior surface to resist scratch, moisture and fading.

Tops/Bottoms

Tops and bottoms are dowelled into the cabinet sides. Wall cabinets have full tops and bottoms, and bases have a full bottom and two top stretchers.

Backs

Cabinet backs are made from 1/4" MDF. Rear stretchers are dowelled into cabinets sides behind cabinet backs for installation and keeping cabinets square. 5/8" thick

Shelves

Wall shelves are full depth and standard base cabinets have half depth shelves. All shelves are adjustable.

Adjustable Legs

No shimming needed, adjustable leg system has up to 1_1/8" of height adjustment. Easily clips on without tools. 4 included in cabinets less than 33", 6 included in cabinets 33" wide and greater. All bottoms are pre-drilled to receive legs.

Drawers

Cabinet drawers have metal sides and are soft-closing. Drawer backs and bottoms are made from 5/8" particle board with a polypropylene surface layer which provides scratch, moisture, heat and stain resistance.

Hinges

Standard integrated soft-close hinge with 100° opening. All metal or steel hinges, nickel plated, 6-way adjustable with Lifetime Warranty.

Material

• Cabinets are produced using ATCM, TSCA Title VI Compliance with availability of Ultra Low Emission Formaldehyde (ULEF).
• All cabinet interiors are white.
• Cabinet side exteriors match cabinet doors.
• Made from 5/8" particle board with a polypropylene surface layer which provides scratch, moisture, heat and stain resistance.
